Community Leaders are passionate organizers and promoters who take ownership of one or more game modes within Goat World. They plan and execute events, manage registrations, coordinate tournaments, create engaging content, and serve as ambassadors for their respective modes.
Role & Responsibilities
Event Organization
- • Plan and schedule tournaments, leagues, and special events
- • Create event announcements and promotional materials
- • Set formats, rules, and prize structures
- • Coordinate with administrators and other staff
Player Management
- • Manage player registrations and check-ins
- • Answer questions about events and rules
- • Handle disputes and player concerns
- • Foster a welcoming environment for newcomers
Tournament Execution
- • Set up brackets and pairings
- • Monitor match progress and results
- • Enforce tournament rules and deadlines
- • Award prizes and update standings
Community Promotion
- • Create hype and excitement for events
- • Engage with the community on Discord
- • Encourage participation and growth
- • Gather feedback and improve experiences

Community Leaders typically focus on one or more game modes, becoming the go-to organizers and experts for those areas:

Run weekly, monthly, and special tournaments with various formats

Facilitate on-demand mini-tournaments for quick competitive play

Oversee BO11 challenge matches and challenge leaderboards
👥 3v3 League
Organize team-based competitive events and leagues
👑 King of the Hill
Coordinate elimination-style tournaments where winners defend their title
🌍 Nations League
Organize international team competitions representing different nations

Coordinate major flagship tournaments and championship events

Create unique formats, themed tournaments, and community challenges
