Before the registration deadline, submit your deck via Discord:

Receive Bracket Link
Shortly before the tournament starts, you'll receive a Challonge bracket linkvia Discord DM or in the tournament channel. Bookmark this linkโit shows your matches, opponents, and live standings throughout the event.
Show Up On Time
Be online in Discord at least 15 minutes before start time. Check-in may be required. Late arrivals risk disqualification and forfeiting entry fees (no refunds).
Pro tip: Set a Discord notification for the #tournaments channel and enable reminders for events you register for. Missing registration deadlines means missing the tournamentโno exceptions.
๐Deck Submission & Legality
All tournament decks must comply with Goat Format rules and the official banlist. Illegal decks result in disqualification and potential penalties.
YDKE Format Required

- EDOPro (Deck Editor โ Export โ YDKE URL)
- Online deck builders (YGOPRODeck, DuelingBook converters)
- Goat World deck import tool (coming soon)

- Forbidden cards: 0 copies allowed (e.g., Yata-Garasu, Chaos Emperor Dragon)

Deck Lock Policy
Once you submit your deck via /deck save, it's lockedfor that tournament. You cannot change cards between rounds. If you need to withdraw and re-enter with a different deck, contact a tournament organizer immediately (subject to availability and deadlines).
Deck checks: Random deck legality checks may occur during tournaments. Illegal decks result in match losses or disqualification. Always double-check your deck before submission.
โCommon Registration Questions
Can I register for multiple tournaments at once?
Yes, but check for scheduling conflicts. If two tournaments overlap, you must choose one or risk disqualification from both. No refunds for scheduling conflicts.
What if I need to drop mid-tournament?
Notify a tournament organizer immediately via Discord DM. Your record will be frozen, and you'll be removed from future pairings. Entry fees are non-refundable, but dropping responsibly helps others' tiebreakers.
Are refunds available if I can't attend?
Generally no. Refunds are only issued for tournament cancellations by organizers. If you must withdraw, do so before registration closes to potentially transfer your spot (contact organizers).
How do I know if my registration was successful?
Check the participant list in the tournament announcement. If your name appears and you received the bracket link, you're confirmed. Contact organizers immediately if you're missing after completing all steps.
Can I change my deck after submitting?
No. Decks are locked once submitted. This ensures competitive integrity. If you discover a deck error (e.g., illegal card count), contact organizers before the tournament starts for possible exception.
